Don and I were joined today by John, Don, Bruce & Gary. The fish continue to amaze us with their ability to find every possible log or snag to avoid being part of the grip & grin of the day. Bruce is the winner of the one that got away trophy for the day as he had a chance to land a nice steelhead but it did its best Houdini impression and disappeared just before lunch time. The rest of the guys get to be imortalized for eternity on the RQ blog. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful fall weather and the hook-ups were plenty but the select few made it to hand. There are a few fresher fish in the system and the steelhead sightings are becoming more frequent as the salmon egg buffet increases.
