Today, for the second time this year, it was easy for me to remember everyone’s name. Dave & Dave joined me today for a little late season steelheading and a bit of trout fishing. As they say, a picture is worth 1000 words. The pic above says it all, Dave a steelhead novice, is now in love with steel! It was a great day to be on the water, very light traffic and still a good number of fish in the system. We didn’t take any pics but the trout were fairly cooperative today as well. Our most productive offerings were steelhead Candy in orange, Antron bugs, and steelhead buggers. The fishing should continue to remain good for a while with the trout fishing really starting to get going in the coming days.
