Another beautiful post opener day on the river. I am truly enjoying not having as much traffic and being able to fish areas I would not normally fish. Mark and his Father-in-Law Jim seemed to enjoy it today as well. Mark has fished with us previously with the group from Aspen Surgical (Yes Dan, he left a few fish for you next week) but Jim was a steelhead rookie. Dan had his share of hookups and landed a few nice examples for us, But true to beginners luck, Jim landed the fish of the day with the larger of the two hens in the photos. Good job today guys and I look forward to seeing you again.
