The Dogs, Belle & Katie wanted to go up to the river today for their chance at a nice boat ride and some quality time since they have been pretty much ignored the last few weeks. So, up we went to make sure the switch rods and Spey’s were ready for tomorrows trip. While they ran around the boat and watched every bird and squirel I managed to hook a couple nice chromers. The top fish took a STS Steelhead bugger, while the bottom fish was more interested in a big ugly swung fly.
The river is still very low and clear but is fishing very well.
