Fishing on the Muskegon for steelhead now is good; fish can be found throughout the system but not in all of the spots. ‘Fish and move’ seems to be the key. Clown eggs and steelhead orange nuke eggs seem to be producing most of the fish for me lately. Pictured is Don Vrune with one of his three steelhead from yesterday.
I will be absent from the river for the next week as I pursue my other passion in life-hunting!
