November 6 and finally weather that seems to fit. Wind, rain, and snow greeted us today on the river; a large cold front swept through last evening leaving the warm temperatures behind. With the front the steelhead bite certainly was slow for us today but we were able to work through the tough conditions. Scott Misaad and his father-in-law Sandy joined me for an interesting day on the water. Small eggs again were key to success along with a positive attitude. Pictured is Sandy with one from today.

Tight lines,

Steve
