Pete the “tootee” Vredeveld and Dean the “purist” Weerstra enjoyed a beautiful day of steelheading with me today. Pete and Dean managed their usual “lots of fish” luck. They landed many with only a few not making it to the net. Green caddis in various shades provided most of the action. The river level is very wadeable in places and should be holding steady or falling in the coming days.
