Just when fishing gets easy as a new batch of chrome hits the river mother nature throughs us a curve ball and sends us high dirty water. I actually like the heavily stained conditions and flows of 6K; as long as you know where to find the fish and have plenty of anchor you will do very well! Charlie of Chicago and Zander of New York joined me today. Fishing was very good today with many steelhead being fought. When the chrome bite was slowed the walleye kept us very busy. Large egg patterns, flash stones, buggers, and leeches are all producing fish in the big water. Pictured is Zander with a sampling of todays fish.
Tight lines,
