There’s still a few steelhead in the system and if we’re targeting them, it’s in the drop back water. The trout bite has been consistent and we continue to focus our efforts on that. We’ve been having success on slinging streamers, nymphing and two-handed spey.
Depending on the day, it seems like the river has quieted down from the madness of the spring steelhead run. On some some days, it feels like we have the river to ourselves.
