It seems more like the 4th of July than the 30th of May, summer time temps have arrived. The bass and pike activity is going strong but with the bright sky’s and clear water you need to keep you head in the game to get rewarded. With the clear water you can see the take, so don’t set too early, otherwise the opportunity will be lost.
River temps are in there mid-60’s and we are seeing both spawn and post spawn bass in the Muskegon River system. The smallmouth activity will only get better as we move into the summer months.
