I don’t think I’ve ever seen a stretch of November weather like this before. The 70 degree weather continues…. Judging by the kayakers and people picnicking along the river I think I’m in the minority dreaming of dreary 40 degree weather with a steady drizzle; you know, steelhead weather!
In years past, Miles, Sean-Paul, and their guests have had some tough days on the river and some well-earned steelhead. Certainly this year will be memorable for the crazy warm weather and the generally tough swinging. Pictured is Sean-Paul with a magnificent hen steelhead that took his swung fly this morning with RQ guide Jay Allen.
