The Muskegon River is ultra-clear right now. Combine this with bright skies and near 70 degree weather and Steelhead fishing has been like hunting unicorns. Thankfully persistence proves key and some nice steelhead can be found. Pictured is Mark with a dime under the watchful eye of RQ guide Jay Allen.
We had a surprise catch this morning too–a northern pike…certainly a first in my boat while swinging.
