High water continues

The Muskegon River remains high. No major precipitation is forecasted in the near term so the river will slowly fall over the next several days. Full sinking lines and weighted flies are pretty key on the two-handed rods. Larger flies nymphed on the soft seams are taking steelhead too for the single-handers.

Big thanks to Max, Ross, Aaron, and Tim for helping make the Fortnet corporate trip a success yesterday. Pictured is Ryan with a terrific winter steelhead under the direction of guide Max Werkman.
