Our crew from the South made sky trip from Tulsa and enjoyed two very fine days of steelhead fishing. Sam, Jack, Jim, and Lon brought some very nice early summer weather with them which only complimented the fishing. To say these guys are a “gas” would be an understatement; both Don and I were privileged to share the year to year fun. Steelhead fishing continues to impress as the calendar rolls on; look for fishable numbers of chrome to remain through most of the month. Streamer fishing for trout and drop backs is picking up daily. Streamer rigs will likely adorn the rod holders daily starting next week in between chrome holds.
