Summer smallmouth fly fishing is heating up. While the warm weather has us leaving our resident trout alone, smallmouth bass love the hot weather! While it’s a favorite to target summer bass on the surface with Boogle bugs, sub-surface presentations with crayfish, golby, and baitfish pattens are very productive right now. When you need some relief from the beach let us know–the river is pretty nice too!
