The first day of Fall actually felt the part as cool air settled over the region finally. Fall colors and fishing are slowly starting to show their season on the Muskegon River. The Mo’ remains a few degrees above normal temperature for the date and should begin to normalize in the coming days. Migratory fishing has its challenges with the warm river water though with persistence some terrific fish are available to hunt.
Pictured is Tommy posing a fantastic Muskegon River “silver” coho salmon from this afternoon. Congratulations!!
