Fall fly fishing on the Muskegon River is well underway. The river has fallen nicely and things are getting back to normal. Salmon are well distributed throughout the system and early fall steelhead have arrived. This beautiful Muskegon river brown trout was poaching eggs behind some salmon this afternoon.
