Want to say “Thanks!” to your pastor? Invite him to go fly fishing with you! That’s what Jeff did for his former Pastor Jim who, as an outdoorsman in his own right, jumped right in, laying out some sweet casts, managing his drifts, and playing steelhead (and one round lipped species that shall not be named!) like a pro. Jeff, a long time customer and friend, got his licks in as well. Fun to see these two men who respect one another so much having a great time on the water together. Steelhead are spawning in earnest, of course, with river temps rising daily. Still hearing reports, though, of chrome hens laden with eggs cruising runs below gravel as they stake out their redds of choice.
