Captain Don and I had the pleasure of hosting the Heneveld Group today. Long-time clients of RiverQuest, Dan and his guys enjoy one another’s company, and it’s evident, too, that they make a dynamite team in the workplace. Collaboration, communication, and trust in each other marks their business, and was reflected in the kidding and good humor liberally spread about today. Today, though, all the “work” happened on the Muskegon as the guys laid double-digit hookups on Kings with a bunch brought to net. River flows are skinny at 1070 cfs, but fortunately for Captain Don and me, the hens and bucks paid no mind as they pressed ahead with their appointed mission. Toss in some absolutely spectacular fall finery, temps in the low 70’s, and some wonderful conversation and fellowship, and one had the makings of a memorable day. In my boat were Brent, Shane, and Dan, who are pictured top to bottom with some of the fish they boated today. In Don’s boat were Joe, Dave, and Nate, pictured top to bottom.
Thanks much guys for giving Don and me a great day. We appreciate your support and loyalty more than you can know. Best wishes for continued success. Hope to host you all for chrome come spring.
