Fred & I had the pleasure of hosting David Murdoch, Dwayne Adams, Scott Morter & Larry Bos all from Cornerstone University. The weather was beautiful and a good time was had by all, including the fish. They seemed to take untold enjoyment in allowing the boys to get a hook in them just long enough to enjoy the fight and then it was a long distance release. Dwayne a first timer to fly fishing even braved a little wading and spey fishing and did hook and fight, if only for a short time, a nice hen. Since we at least saw it, I think we should give him credit for a landed fish since it was his first time. David did manage to bring a few fish to hand this afternoon on his new favorite toy, a switch rod and indicator set-up with green caddis producing the best and pale nuke eggs bringing the bucks to the boat. The traffic in the mid section of river has increased as the word that fish can be had has gotten out.
