Time for change….After 8 straight weeks on the Manistee I needed to get back to the Muskegon. Numbers of fish are a ways off yet but it was nice to be back. I fished down stream from our normal haunts with my oldest son Masen today. I kind of felt like a tourist due to my departure from our home river 8+ weeks ago.
The river is crazy low!!
Masen and I did find plenty of fish to entertain us but fishing is not great; with the change in weather patterns I would expect things to really pick up by the weekend. We will be back on the Manistee at least a few more days.
