Wonderful time on the MO with Dick and friend Sherwin today. As Steve and Jay’s posts indicate, salmon are actively spawning, and steelhead and trout are around to surprise and please. New to the long rod, Sherwin caught on quickly to switch rod delivered indicators and flies as well as C & D. Dick had his share of action, but even the head shakers found ways to swim free. No matter; Dick was the perfect host, once again demonstrating that he gets it.
Thanks guys. Enjoyed our time together a bunch and hope we can do it again.
