Atlantic salmon fishing continues to hold its own for the patient angler. Salmon numbers continue to be less than in previous years, but available for both the nymph and streamer fisherman. Epic hex hatches have the morning bite on nymphs pretty soft while streamers have brought looks during the low light hours. The birds are a dead give-away as to where the schools of bait are located, find the bait, find the salmon. If you are North bound, be patient and fish hard.
