The 411

This week by customer request, Capt. Dave and I have been on the day shift. Morning spinner falls of drakes and sulfers have made for some very nice fishing on the Mo’. The ever dependable caddis have had the easy takers looking up from 9am until noon.  The streamer bite has been soft, however today we did manage several nice looks from some dandy smallies and one very nice brown trout. Keep your fly box well stocked; day-to-day hatches of blue winged olives, sulfers, caddis, drakes, and Isonychia have the trout feeding by flavor.  Enjoy the weekend…back to the evenings next week!
