Hey, here’s an idea: take your pastor fly fishing! That’s what my friend and neighbor, Dick, did today, bringing Pastor Jerry. It was a great day with the two enjoying all that is the Muskegon River and their mutual respect for one another. This was Dick’s first shot at fly fishing and steelhead fishing. He caught on to the entire package: casting, line management, and bringing chrome to net. For his part, Pastor Jerry, an experienced steelhead fisherman, tried his hand with the long rod for the first time. He, too, met with silvery success. The sport was excellent, the conversation stimulating, and the memories made—special. Thanks guys for a most enjoyable guide’s day. Pictured left to right are Pastor Jerry and Dick.
