Dark and dreary today on the river—definitely feeling like fall. Wayne and his son Jeff joined me today for an intro to salmon. Thankfully after numerous fights and lost fish a few nice salmon made it to the net. Jeff thought I was kidding when I told him he would likely lose the majority of fish today. He now has a new appreciation for big fish on light gear. Pictured above is Jeff’s dad Wayne.
