Brad and his wife Amy joined me for the past few days to swing flies for steelhead. As the case has been the last several years they’ve been dealt some tough weather nearly every visit. Yesterday was no exception with very windy conditions and cold temperatures. Today’s trip started with a chilly 15 degree air temperature at 7:30am–burr!! None the less, both Brad and Amy always tough it out and make do. Most years its been Amy with the hero shots, but this year Brad took center stage with his sweet rewards.
