September Steelhead are often hard to come by on the Muskegon River. Patience and a little bit of luck always help. Kris fishes with me often and has been working on her two-handed game over the last year both for trout, smallmouth bass, and of course steelhead. I could not have been more happy to net my first fall steelhead of the season with Kris driving the fish to net with her two-handed Spey. Congratulations Kris you deserved it.
