Thankfully the plastic hatch (tubes) hasn’t been too big of a deal during the week. However this afternoon on a rare weekend trip we found ourselves in an epic emergence. Sure, its everyones river, and I really like to see families of all ages out enjoying themselves, but seriously it was major league today! Mother Nature looks to likely shut the summer hatch down with some fall weather this week–cheers to her!
The Barkeley Family joined us this weekend and were all very good sports today on the water. Thankfully the first half of the day was perfect. Pictured is a nice smallmouth caught by John this morning.
