I knew today was going to be a great day when I met George in person this morning at the lodge. We quickly got the greetings out of the way and talked about our day ahead of us. George explained how excited he was to learn to swing flies for steelhead. While having fly fished many years, this would be an entirely new experience. George quickly took to the technique and it was long until we were rewarded with not only his first steelhead on the swing, but his best steelhead to date. Congratulations George it was a pleasure to fish with you and to see your excitement learning something new.
