Probably the last steelhead trip for Kris until fall 22’. Steelhead numbers have dropped significantly as the water has receded from a sustained period of high run-off. In the big picture this security from the high water and new regulations to reduce the spring harvest should giveway potentially to higher returns in the coming years. Kris was able to pose a few really nice steelhead in front of the camera today nymphing and a bonus dropback on her Spey. Thanks for a memorable day!
