What’s Not to Love?

Wonderful trout fishing on the Muskegon River last night: trout taking nymphs and dry flies, gorgeous evening light, and the delightful company of Pat and Greg. New to classic fly fishing, Greg soon caught on, and by day’s end was determined to buy a bass fly rig for his farm pond—this after a smallmouth bass busted his popper, which I wanted him to try after he regaled me with tales of the big bass in it.  These are special days on the MO, and this one I will remember a long, long time.  Here Greg poses a rainbow, Pat a brown, and Greg presents yet another morsel for the trout to take.
