This is not typical fall by any means. Certainly one shouldn’t complain too loudly at these beautiful 75 degree days, but really these conditions are creating some seriously challenging salmon & steelhead fishing. On the other hand, our trout are very happy sipping bwo’s, caddis, and the occasional flying ant. Nymphing is pretty solid too. Pictured is DV and Mike with an out-sized “shorts and sandals” salmon.
