Cold Water Therapy & Double Striped Bucks

Conditions on the Muskegon River remain ideal for later winter steelhead fishing. A big warm up is in store beginning tomorrow. While we do not have much in the way of snow to melt in our area, the headwaters of our river system is heavily blanketed. It should take a while for the snow melt to work its way downstream to us. The melting snow should also keep our river temperature icy-cold for quite a while.

Pictured is a great buck steelhead that took a swung sculpin this afternoon.
