Early Iso’s

Cool comfortable weather is with us for a few days and is providing a perfect back-drop for evening dry fly fishing. Up stream nearer to Croton caddis hatches of ol’ time proportions are providing constant target rises. While the majority of the fish are small, nice browns remain a possibility with effort. Down stream sulphers, drakes (both brown and gray), and Isonychia are consistently on the water, however with their bellies full–bows and browns are making you earn it! Pictured is a beautiful brown drake dun from two evenings ago. Off to the river…
