Fall on Michigan’s Muskegon River

One just has to love days like today on the river:  misty, moody fog as Paul and his daughter Jen and I pulled away from the boat launch; the fall Chinook salmon run getting underway; and brilliant fall foliage starting to pop. In short, a delightful day filled with sore arms, some great aerial video footage of leaping salmon, and a very heavy guide net. Jen and Paul fish pretty much throughout the United States, and their zeal and excitement over our fall salmon spectacle is contagious. Thanks much, Jen and Paul! You two exemplify loving life, the great outdoors, and one another!
