The thought of snow blanketing the river banks and weighing heavy on the limbs of our beautiful white pines had been much anticipated by John and Don when they booked their first winter steelhead trip. Unfortunately Mother Nature had a far different vision in store for them today.
Thankfully our steelhead played their part as we chuckled about how today was far nicer than many previous spring and fall days spent together on the river. Pictured is John with a nice winter buck.
