And Even Mo’ Wind

Don’t even know how to begin to describe the conditions for today. With leftover wind from last night’s, now confirmed, tornado just south of the lodge, water rising at an unbelievable rate bringing with it a fresh batch of leaves and various other pieces of debris it was an interesting day in the weather department to say the least. All that aside the guys were looking forward to their first of two days of fall fishing. Both Dave and Theo took to casting the fat lines very quickly and only when the gusts hit the low 30’s did we get a few tangles. Dave scored early this morning with this nice thick fish.  I think everyone is looking forward to calmer weather tomorrow.
