Solitude, eager fish, and top water action today afforded Don and me a terrific day of fly fishing sport with poppers on top producing throughout. Toss in a couple of eagles, a red tailed hawk, and sundry other birds and turtles galore, and you have the makings of a wonderful day. The good news? This sort of bass acton should hold up well into September so more great times chasing bronzebacks lie ahead!
