Jeff Mote, his father Larry and Jeffs’ son Connor joined me on the Muskegon river for a day of fly fishing and building memories, the three of them will remember this day for a very long time. Connor (9yrs old) was able to cast, hook and land his first steelhead today, a 9 pounder. Connor hooked several other steelhead during the day and just before it was time to leave, Connor hooks and lands his second steelhead of the day. Great job Connor. Thanks Jeff, Larry and Connor for a great day.
