Bill gets his swing on

Glad to be back on the water after a nice extended holiday. River conditions are “big” again, weekend rains have the Mo’ pushing above average. Clarity wasn’t really an issue until midday down from the lodge, but after lunch it became cloudy until you traveled a couple miles up. New chrome continues to shuffle as the water temperatures remain favorable. The long-range weather looks to have our run of above normal temperatures ending and seasonal conditions becoming the norm.

Swinging flies continues to be productive for the patient angler. Leeches in both black and purple continue to receive the majority of the grabs. Joining me today was long-time guest and friend Bill Sidor. Pictured is Bill with his first of the day.
