Days like today remind you that winter is edging closer everyday. Above normal temperatures are slated to return by Thanksgiving Day, but we all know that we are on borrowed time with mother nature. Joining me today was Bob and Jim to learn as much as they could in a day about swinging flies for steelhead. The morning bite seemed full of short grabs and interest, but it wasn’t until after lunch that it all came together for the guys. Pictured is Jim with his biggest steelhead to date.
