Perfect day, minus the wind and the abundance of leaves this afternoon in the water column. Joining me today was Dr. Peters and his good friend Scott. While Dr. Peters is a seasoned fly fisherman, Scott had never fished a fly rod, let-alone a two-handed spey rod. While the afternoon wind would certainly challenge even the most seasoned spey fisherman, both guys stayed the course and finished proudly. Pictured is Scott with his first steelhead on the swing.
