Seems like there was a pattern today, It was Father & Son/Daughter day today, with most of the RQ guides hosting quality family time. I had the chance to fish with Rob Dewit and his son Michael today. They both have experience throwing drys on western rivers so they both took the fat lines on spey rods very quickly and with great success. Good numbers of hook ups on Salmon, Trout & Skipper chromers filled our day. It was a beautiful fall day and with the traffic not as heavy as I would have thought it was nearly perfect.

I also need to get caught up on my Thursday trip with Larry & David, the older wiser half of My & Steve’s group. They also had a good day, but were just edged out on the bet by the younger guys.
