Great day with father/son team Tom & Tom.  With guide Tom also in the boat, needless to say, things could have gotten confusing, but with my settling on Dad for Tom Sr. and their according me all kinds of monikers (all too gracious), we kept things sorted out.   Tom Sr. was a veritable fishing machine.  His touch with the drift was golden, as was his son’s, resulting in 75 percent of the fish we hooked today landed.   All but one of the six boated were mouth hooked with a chartreuse egg fly the top producer today.  Not to be outdone by Dad, Tom Jr. took a gorgeous hen steelhead on a chartreuse and cherise nuke egg.  With light wind and temps in the 70’s, it was one of those “It doesn’t get any better than this” days.  Plus, even better for me, the guys will be back for more tomorrow.  Thanks, Tom and Tom, for a special day!
