Much needed rain is now falling as fore-casted! Salmon fishing has already improved since yesterday and should blow up by the weekend or early next week. Don Graham and my dad joined me today for a much needed day of fun fishing. I was glad to share the day with them and have Don act as our photographer (sorry Don). CF Bait-fish and squid patterns provided us with some great opportunities. Pictured is myself and dad with a couple from today.
I hope this is not a trend but we have a two boat opening for the 15th with me and Dave which should have peak numbers of fish in the river. Also see yesterdays report for other short term openings.
