Much needed rain is on the way with cooler temperatures as the remnants of Hurricane Gustav marches North to Michigan. Salmon fishing has slowed with the increases water temps. The forecast is perfect though as we roll through the week; rain will arrive later tonight and low temps in the forties; this will have the salmon on the move big time! The extended outlook is for Easterly winds and cool weather through the weekend. I have a couple short term bookings for your enjoyment: September  7, 8, 10, and 11; these dates are normally locked nearly a year out but due to unforeseen circumstances they are now open. Fred, Don, and Dave have some great peak season dates open as well. Next week will likely provide us with some of the best streamer fishing of the year- give us a call.

Tight lines,

Capt. Steven Kuieck
