With Mother Natures complaint department answering requests we were greeted today with sunny skies and temperatures around 72 degrees! With an office day in store I was in hurry up mode so as to take advantage of the sun’s rays and continue my slow thaw from the last couple of days on the water. By mid-day I was on the water joining numerous more people than the previous few days. Caddis, and midges were active with the warming trend and the Atlantic salmon were not far behind. Pictured is my 2nd best Atlantic salmon to date; this gorgeous female tipped the boga at 14lbs! I hope the weather and the fish continue to cooperate!
