Excellent steelhead fishing continues on the Muskegon River with high muddy waters. The river levels have dropped a slight amount while clarity has really made little improvement; that being said, if you know were to find the fish the fishing is easy!

Dr. Tom Lambert and his father Tom joined me today for one of their annual trips with RQ. Medium sized hex patterns, large stones flies and steelhead candy brought the majority of the fish to net. Pictured above is Dr. Lambert with a massive buck from this morning and his Dad (lower). I would post a few more shots from today but the Lambert’s are all game-no time for pictures!
