Give’em a chance

Wow, sorry for the delay, my PC has had a funk.

Challenging steelhead fishing for the past few days/week pretty well sums it up. While 80 degree days are nice for the tan, the chrome have strapped on their welding goggles to avoid the exposure. “Stringer fodder” continues to be a huge problem lately. I don’t really understand it, even some of the guides who don’t ever keep fish now have stringers hanging over the side of their boats; what gives? Steelhead can live to 12-14yrs of age and if left to repeat spawn, can return to their home gravel section 6 or 7 times! If that isn’t worth giving them a chance, I don’t know what is!

I big thanks to the guys from the last few days; Kevin and Mark of Rockford, and Eric and Scott of GR.
